A quick glance at Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy's Daily Schedule for 2/1 showed they talked about:
  • Fair Investment Opportunities for Professional Experts Act
  • SEC Small Business Advocate Act of 2016
  • Small Business Capital Formation Enhancement Act

Do we really need all these laws? Are they even constitutional (i.e., lawful)?
